What you need:
1kg- fresh strawberries
8 oz- frozen whipped topping
8 oz- cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup - sugar
1 cup- powdered sugar
8"- sponge cake (you don't need to bake, just buy! hehehe)
1. Wash, stem, and cut strawberries in half.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Chill.
4. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and frozen whipped topping.
5. Slice the cake horizontally into two (you can slice also into 3 or 4 depending on the thickness of your cake)5. Fold the cream into the top of half cake.
6. Top with strawberries that you chilled (1/2 kgs only).
7. Top the other half cake.
8. Fold the again the cake with cream.
6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
7. Top again with the left strawberries that you chilled.
Serves: 12
What you need:450 gms- Oreo cookies, crush
8 oz- cream cheese
1 cup- powdered sugar
3 cups- milk
1 tsp- vanilla
8 oz- Cool Whip
4 tsp- butter
2 small pack- instant vanilla pudding
1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
2. Add the milk, vanilla and pudding mixes.
3. Mix until no more lumps.
4. Fold in the Cool Whip.
5. Layer 1/3 of the crushed cookies in the bottom of a large glass bowl.
6. Top it with pudding mixture.
6. Repeat 5 & 6 depending on your desired layers
7. Top with remaining cookie chunks.
8. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
9. Chill before serving.

TIRAMISU

What you need:
3 cups- strong
espresso
coffee, cooled
2 tsp- rum (you can use Bailey's or Irish Cream)
2 pcs- eggs, separated
1/4 cup-caster sugar
250 gms- mascarpone cheese
1 cup- heavy whipping cream
250 gms- ladyfingers biscuits
1/2 cup- cocoa powder or shaved dark chocolate, for dusting
How to make it:
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar with
electric mixers until the mixture goes pale and thick.
2. Add mascarpone
and beat until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream
until stiff peaks hold
4. Fold gently the whipped cream into the egg mixture. (do no beat)
5. In the other bowl, beat the egg
whites to soft peaks.
6. Fold the whites
into the cream.
7. In a big
dish, put the coffee and rum in a bowl.
8. Dip biscuits in
coffee and rum mixture one at a time.
9. Drain well the biscuits.
10. Arrange the biscuits in a separate dish.
11. Place half of
the mascarpone mix on top and spread out.
12. Repeat process with another layer of biscuits and cream.
